How 'bout a little Core Play?

I hope you are well and enjoying the holiday season. It brings a lot of busy-ness but I hope the extra time spent creating beauty, enjoying sparkling lights and connection with family and friends (if that is what you are busy with) is bringing you joy.

I'm here to remind you to take some time for YOU! Schedule it into the plans because it is essential.

I have two new practices in the library to support you. One is a full class Core Practices - Sliding Bridges, Dogs, Cobras and Planks (71 min) with a variety of movement - dynamic action focused on hips, legs and core while laying on the floor, then standing and challenging balance and cultivating strength and back to the floor for playfully SLIDING into poses.

The other practice is actually an excerpt from this class so if you only have half an hour you can get a really good juicy practice in to get you going for the day: A Little Dose of Core Play and Happy Hips (23 min).

Just hop into the library for a dose of self-care! See you there!
